The biggest asset in our lives is good health. And there is nothing better than Yoga to Maintain, Regain and Sustain good health. Out of all the Asanas in Yoga, Surya Namaskar Asana ( Sun Salutation Asana ) is rated one of the highest. Its regular practice ensures a longer life, filled with Physical and Mental fitness.

Although a beginner to Yoga and सूर्य नमस्कार आसन , I wish to learn many Yogasanas soon to regain the best of my health. And we all know, Good Health is the Gateway to Material Richness too.
